Overall the building is in good conditions, but there were some incidents that could be improved, such as asking to towels never brought to room or even the quality of coffee available at night. Also staff and hotel management seems not prepared or care to some adversities, for example during the breakfast of 2 out 3 days, most of items were missing just a sign with delayed delivery.

Old and Smelly

Checked in late about 11 pm after a long day of travel. Check in was good, Dillon at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Got up to our King suite after dodging a bunch of construction. The entire room smelt like cat urine, the whole floor was smelt like animals and mildew. Called front desk they didn’t have another suite. Moved rooms after a mile trek back to the front desk with all our luggage. Was told the manager would call me in the morning to compensate us. Never received a call. After a day out of the hotel checked that evening and no manager, told again she would call me the next day. Afternoon still no call, finally called them no manager available. Front desk gal offered me 10% off pretty sure I paid about 30% more for the room. It’s old and outdated they are obviously doing some upgrades. So maybe when they are done will be better. Hopefully they will have “pet” rooms and non pet rooms. And the manager will get better about helping resolve issues.

It seemed like they didn't care anymore. Things inside the room and in common areas were not very clean. Lots of small things need to be fixed. Staff seems thin also.
