Overall the building is in good conditions, but there were some incidents that could be improved, such as asking to towels never brought to room or even the quality of coffee available at night. Also staff and hotel management seems not prepared or care to some adversities, for example during the breakfast of 2 out 3 days, most of items were missing just a sign with delayed delivery.

Limited Service and Hotel needs improvements

The hotel needs an improvement in building, rooms and service. Our first room the toilet didn't flush. We asked for service and the reply was no one is on site but offered a plunger for us to pick up and try. Didn't work so moved rooms which we had to go down to get the keys. Asked twice to get our room cleaned at a given time. They didn't clear is and we had returned to shower and change and by the time we left no one was available. Pool is being fixed, non-lobby doors were not working we had to us the door at the other end and walk in circles to get to our room. Visited during Boulder Graduation week, nightly rate was $399.00 due to demand. If they had demand they should have the staff and facilities to support the high costs.

The property is a little tired and worn. Walls are thin and cheap. There was visible water damage (not quite repaired) above my shower. And it has an “old people smell” that hits when you step into a room that is hard to shake. Note that I’m being especially critical since I paid 2-3x normal pricing for a room here during CU graduation.

The Hotel is beautifully kept and Derek was very helpful with our needs when I called ahead. The breakfast was good also! We did only have 2 towels for 4 people but other than that...was great!

The suite I was placed in was DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY Moldy Shower, Ceiling In Bathroom looked as though it was going to cave in, floor in the shower was sinking, it was SOOOOO noisy, I reported the noise but nothing was done.

Wonderful hotel!

Amazing staff! Comfy beds, amazing water for showering, and the 24 hour fitness room is a godsend! All of the guests were friendly, it was like staying in a community.

Check in was a breeze, front desk girl was super friendly and kind. Everything else was fine until the morning. Maybe an addition of door closers could be beneficial. Having to wake up every time a door slams shut was not the ending I was looking for.
