It honestly would have been 5 stars as the staff, cleanliness, room space and breakfast are excellent, but they keep auto deactivating our keys each morning around 10am. They said that when the time changed, some of the rooms auto deactivated. The staff said they have spine. To maintenance but clearly it is still an issue. I would work out, be all sweaty, use my key on the elevator to go up and it would work. I would get to my room and it wouldn’t work. It was so frustrated. I love this hotel, but this is enough to make me think about staying elsewhere. Do better please.

Had nice Christmas decorations up and place seems brand new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Could you all to Folsom field in less than 20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.
