CLUSTER B - 3-K is a one bedroom fully furnished unit with complete facilities for your “getaway” home . Its amenities are private beach coves (3), jacuzzi pool ( beside the building ) , a green and wide golf course , a lounge area and a viewing deck.

IT HAS AN AREA OF 40.50 SQ M and is equipped with wifi, 2 aircons ( bedroom and open living and dining room) bathroom with hot and cold shower, with bathroom essentials and hair dryer; bedroom with queen size bed , vault / safe for your important documents and valuables , electric iron and ironing board , an electric stand fan and bedside table with lampshade and radio alarm clock .

IT HAS AN OPEN SPACE DINING AND LIVING ROOM with a 3 seater couch which could turn to bed for 2 persons in the night , , single sofa, and a double sized sofa bed that can accommodate 2 persons in the night, a laptop user friendly working foldable desk and chair, a 4 seater dining table , 4 dining chairs , a center table , an electric stand fan, a side table with lampshade and 50 inch smart tv with cable.

A KITCHEN PLACE where you could prepare and cook your own food and meals . It is furnished with integrated fridge freezer , a joint washer/ dryer , an electric flat top stove, a rice cooker, coffee brewer, microwave oven, electric kettle, mini oven toaster and kitchen utensils and cook wares .

.CLUSTER B 3-K has a veranda overlooking the view of Sibuyan Sea and the green golf course . It also has a viewing deck , and a jacuzzi swimming pool beside the building.

Other things to note
DURING YOUR STAY AT THE ISLAND, guests could have water activities such as parasailing, snorkeling , boat riding, zip lining and other activities , plus you could enjoy private and exclusive white sand beach coves and relaxing quietness which is only for the guests/ residents of Oceanway Residences. A proof of its tranquility ambience is you could hear and listen to the chirping of birds and feel the ocean breeze outside the building.

DUE TO THE ONGOING DEVELOPMENT OF BORACAY , constructions are still visible within the island although I could assure you that your stay in our condo unit will be relaxing, quiet and private because of the fact that it is situated in an exclusive and private place . You would not even notice that it’s just 20 minutes away from the crowded and busy places in the island !
