Remodeled Lake Charlevoix Condo | First Floor Beachside Comfort | Fireplace

Suite 115 is a deluxe one-of-a-kind ground floor end unit. This tastefully decorated condo has breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. The beautiful hardwood floor throughout really adds to the beachy feel this condo boasts. It has a fully equipped kitchen including a full-size oven all ready for preparing in-suite meals. Suite 115 offers one bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, built-in cabinets, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The dining room has a full-size dining table with an extra view of the city. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private patio where you can walk out to our private sandy beach, just a few steps away from downtown.

This unit also has an adjoining door with Suite 114. If you rent both units, we can unlock the door so you will be able to access both units through their living areas.

Cozy home with a beautiful view!

Beautiful place.

The condo is beautiful, it is on the corner so you have lots of extra windows. It’s beautiful. We enjoyed being able to walk to all the restaurants in town. It’s a perfect location. The communication was also wonderful. We had to cancel our reservation and re-book for another time. The process was easy. We would definitely go again.

Nice condo as pictured.

The king size bed is a nice feature but the mattress was uncomfortable as it was very hard. The mattress in the pull out sofa wasn't that great either. We like to sleep with the heat turned down to 65 and cover up with blankets but only a single blanket was provided for the pull out and a thin blanket and comforter in the master. It was very windy and cold as we visited for a ski meet at Boyne Mountain. I'm sure the bedding would be sufficient for summer guests. Loved the nice, big kitchen table to play cards at. Fireplace was an added bonus as well.

Great little family hangout

Property had everything a family of four could need. Walkout patio right to the water, 3 min walk to anywhere in town. Quite place all day/night. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Would easily book the property again.

We have stayed at this property in the past and will continue to visit. Condos are immaculate and functional. Beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Centrally located for a quick drive to Charlevoix and Petoskey.

Cozy Condo

Everything about this place was amazing. We stayed here for a ski weekend so being able to get away from the mountain and cook our meals while looking at the lake was amazing. The only criticism I had was the knives were not sharp at all!! I had to use a steak knife to cut everything. Maybe add a knife sharpener to the room. I didn’t realize how something so simple would make that big of a difference. From one home chef to another! 😉
