Just the perfect size for a couple or family, this condo has everything you need to enjoy your summer vacation. Bedroom with a king bed and full, en suite bathroom plus loft with two single beds. In addition, there is a new queen-sized sleeper sofas in the living room. Full kitchen and den plus small deck to enjoy the outdoors. Located yards from the Mountain Villa outdoor seasonal pool with Deer Lake just over the mountain. Tennis and pickleball courts right next to the condo building. Only a short walk to restaurants, bars, stores and Avalanche Bay waterpark. And, for your winter fun, almost ski in/ski out. Enjoy this condo, year-round!
