Comfortable, clean

We got there about 6pm and no one was there to let us in. Called the number on the window- with the help of a guest staying there. Eddy the owner showed up within 10 mins and gave us a bigger room than we had booked and very friendly. Pool is small, the place is clean but not new. Typical middle of the line Costa Rica property with a great owner. Rooms have kitchens and there is a grocery store next door so breakfast was super easy. For one night it was great. A/C, no hot water(didn’t expect to have it)

Good location and friendly staff

This is a good location, just a short walk to the beach Brasilito, and right next to a nice grocery store. The staff were very friendly! The A/C was a nice bonus. The beds and bedding were not very comfortable and there is quite a bit of neighborhood / road noise.

Terrible place to stay

Hotel very dirty full off bugs and roaches. I have bites all over my body the manager have no consideration for the guess. I will not recommend to any one to stay there. Very noise during the day and at night. This place should not be part of Expedia hotels suggestions, the only reason we stay there was because was no other place available. In Fact I would like to have my money back (if possible).

Not a next time

The room-apartment was large for 3 people. The shower had hot water and the kitchen was equiped accordingly. The pool is very small - picture is not representative. The beds are a disaster - very hard to get some rest on metal coil spings which affected the confort of our stay. We could feel all the ages in the double bed. The other bed was a mattress placed on top of an old and smaller folding sofa - dangerous. The owner is very nice but the price we paid was too expensive for services rendered.

Awful experience at this place right from when we checked in till we checked out. Place is very dirty and stinky. We have absolutely nothing good to say about this place. We both stayed at hostels much better then this 'hotel'.

Hotel is a Scam

I arrived to this place and my room was filthy. There were ants crawling all over the counter, dead bugs on the floor, and missing amenities. Overall, this place felt so dirty! I contacted Expedia and they contacted the hotel to try and get my money refunded for me because this place was so disgusting I needed to leave!!! The hotel then kept scamming Expedia and they people trying to help me by saying they do not speak any English whenever someone would call them --- This hotel is located in a tourist town in Guanacaste (everyone working in hospitality speaks English so the hotel was lying). I had to stay one night in this dump before I could pay for another hotel out of my own pocket! The bed was uncomfortable and I didn't sleep because of how dirty this place felt. This hotel is definitely a scam and not what it claims to be. In my opinion, it should not be listed on Expedia's offerings because I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here! Truly the worst hotel experience of my life!!!

Lugar agradable y tranquilo, mucha seguridad y buen servicio por parte del encargado. Comodidades excelentes para cocinar y mantener alimentos en refrigerador!

hotel pres d une route tres passante,bruit constant jour et nuit.les chambres sont tres basique,la proprete laisse a desirer.tuiles dans la salle de bain jamais laver.hotel bien situer pour aller a playa conchal a 20 minutes a pied,situer a 5 minutes de playa brasillito.quelques restaurants tres bien a distance de marche.petit depanneur a proximite,et epicerie a 15 minutes de voitures.les costaricien sont tres gentils ont c est toujours senti en securite partout.louer un 4x4 pour visites vraiment obligatoire.

Nos fue muy bien el lugar estaba muy cómodo la atención de don Edy fue perfecta ! El problema fue que el vehículo queda aparcado en las afueras sin ninguna seguridad ! Pero por lo demás repetimos con gusto la visita
