Most of the staff was great, Ricardo frint desk manager was wonderful and so was Oscar at the front desk. My driver from vima transportion was amazing Manrico not aure if i spelled it right. I didn't like that the none of the ice machines worked on our side of resort.

We stayed with kids for 6 days. The hotel is not for a long stay. The pool was not clean enough, the resort restrooms weren’t clean as well. Only one main restaurant with mediocre food. We had an all inclusive option and sometimes ordered from menu. Would have to wait a long to get our food. The food wasn’t a good quality. No fruits during the lunch and dinner. No kids club and entertainment. No food options from 11 AM to 12 PM. The staff was not friendly at all. Liked the pool bar staff 👍. It was a headache to get a beach chairs. The beach is small with many locals. I don’t know what the others liked in this hotel I will not recommend to stay unless than 1 or 2 days. We arrived early and hotel had no options for early check in and it’s been first time happened that all inclusive hotel charged us extra 35$ per person just for staying at the property, before we were able to check in. Overall our room was pool view, clean and big enough with a balcony, but consider that no pool view rooms haven’t a balcony.

Beautiful beyond our expectations Beautiful resort, pool area and beach front. Restaurants had good food. Setback is daily having to rent chairs and canopy at beach. For us it was too hot not to go without. Hotel does has some chairs that you dont have to rent and one could find some shade in the trees. Hotel had its own pleasure boat that did tours for a very reasonable price and they pampered you greatly. Playa Flamingo marina also had catamarans that did tours. We had a rental car so was easy to visit other beaches. Tamarindo was a 20 min drive. We were a little far for some of the tours but there was enough in area.

The location is great. Pool was very nice too. Property is a bit run down. Soap dispenser in lobby bathroom broken. Toilet in room doesn't flush well. Mediocre breakfast buffet.

Loved the location of the beach. It's right on Playa Flamingo and offers beautiful sunsets and warm turquoise waters. The resort is on the smallish side with only 2 restaurants, a pool bar and a night time bar that closes fairly early. The restaurants were an Italian restaurant, very good food but requires reservations and a buffet/a la carte restaurant. Personally I found the buffet lacking in terms of offerings and variety; only 8 items plus a small section of fruits. The a la carte menu was more expansive, the Cassado is yummy, but it also contained items that were extra charge. Our room was spacious with a nice balcony. Very clean, well maintained and comfy. Unfortunately it was very noisy. Not noticeable during the day with the music and general activity of the resort but once everything quieted down, there was a resonance, a sound of either the ac compressors or water pumps. A whirling spinning noise that does not stop. The staff were friendly. The activities guy, Manuel, was great. Very informative when we did the beach walks. When our driver was a no show, Manuel helped us out by trying to contact the driver and when that didn't work, Manuel helped by contacting other drivers to take us.
