The first thing we noticed is a bunch of PA Skill Games in the lobby which was weird because it isn't a casino. The shower was dirty and the toilet handle was missing paint. It's a $10 part, replace it. I feel like the cleaning isn't what it should be. The pool was green and slimy. Front desk said someone dumped some sand in it? Make zero sense as sand would not grow algae. They obviously haven't kept up on the chemicals. Maybe they don't have the money for it. The staff was all nice. They just need to put some money into it and get rid of the skill games. I'm not against gambling, It's just a bad / tacky look for what should be a respectable hotel.

The hotel billed my credit card $50 after checkout. The room was left as found except for an unmade bed. Nothing was removed from the room, nothing was damaged. And they removed $50 from my account. Will not return.

My Pet peeve is a smoking area by the front door, the area was littered with discarded cigarette butts, giving the impression of a dirty stay. The clerk did not know how to handle an expedia reservation and I now have 4 charges to my credit card, but I was assured they would drop off, Not yet! Room was excellent, fighting in hallway 2nd floor after 10 PM with loud cursing.

This is the second or third time I’ve stayed up this hotel. Every time has been a first class experience. Staff is friendly. It’s always clean. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. I stay there as part of an annual trip and probably will stay there again.

Good Stay

Easy hotel to locate and no problems with parking. Front desk and staff were friendly. Room was clean, no missing necessities. Plenty of space in the room and the hotel was a nice atmosphere. Will stay here again if ever in the area.

The room I reserve was not ready at 4 pm and had to settle for something else or wait. After an eight-hour drive waiting was not an option. Checked out a day early and have not yet receive final invoice from hotel.
