The staff was excellent and attentive especially corey at the front desk they have him placed in the perfect place he is upbeat and polite..i could pass on the pool it was small , not heated, and in poor condition in need of replacing asap ...the parking garage is a lil janky..but other than that...the hotel and staff are my new favorite stay in Pittsburgh

Wonderful location! Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. My only complaint and why I can't give 5 stars, the bed was so uncomfortable. May just be personal preference as I prefer soft mattresses and the bed was extremely firm. To me, it was like sleeping on a concrete slab.

Family friendly hotel. Quiet location, but close to walkable parts of DT. Has limited garage parking that needs to be redesigned, but the outdoor lot next to it has ample parking that is shared with the hotel.
