We arrived on a busy weekend to watch the Savannah Bananas at PNC. The room we were originally given seemed fine when we dropped our bags off before the game but when we came back realized that everything was covered in white dog hair! Anyway, went downstairs to talk to the gentleman at the front desk and he was very quick to move us to a larger cleaner room for the night. Great customer service!
