Mid- wouldn’t stay here again

The rooms and bathroom were very small. They weren’t clean by any means. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable which is expected but even the beds were not comfortable. They came in once during our stay and made the beds and took the trash but didn’t replace bags in the trash cans. We didn’t eat the buffet so I can’t speak to that.

Nice stay

Stayed for a football game. 15th floor. Half a mile walk. Beautiful views from the room and on the walk to the stadium. Rooms were nice. Could use the usb plug ins is the only thing missing in the lamps next to the bed.

The room was musty smelling. After I showered we waited 45 minutes for the tub to drain. It still had about 2 inches of water in it. My husband did not get to shower.

Beds were amazingly comfy...staff was courteous and friendly!...it's an older hotel so yes things were a little outdated but we didn't care..My son and came to Pittsburgh for our first time and enjoyed our first live Steelers game together..life long memory..👍👍👍👍👍
