I loved the location. The bed was comfortable. The 15th floor and our room needs some updating (wallpaper coming off walls). No room service…no breakfast in bed. Valet is $44.00 a night? The view was beautiful.

We had to choose this property after our original hotel lost power. We were in Pittsburgh for the half marathon so hotels were very limited due to being booked up. This hotel ended up being RIGHT at the start/finish so that was absolutely amazing. The 12pm checkout was also super convenient, especially after the race. However, we did have a few problems: the walls are EXTREMELY thin. We could make out word for word the conversations in the rooms next to ours and it kept us up late into the night. Also due to the influx of people, waiting for the elevator took close to 10 minutes both trying to go up and down. The biggest issue was the mattresses. For being such a nice and expensive hotel, these were probably the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. They made my back hurt, you could feel the springs under you, and there was a constant indent like I was laying in a hole. Great location but the whole reason your there is to sleep and it was not easy to do so.

Room could use some color but I'm assuming beige is the overall theme, room small but perfect size for a last minute emergency room following no power at home. Thankful for the availability of a last minute check-in late evening. Also, the ability to check in and out on the phone was super convenient
