Great property for visiting Pittsburgh and their sports teams. Close to everything, nice views and reasonably priced. The staff was accomodating to a last minute change, upgraded our room and gave us a rollaway bed. The lounge area was nice and even though the hotel was busy there was no lack in service.

The rudest front desk person I ever encountered. This is probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Worn, dirty, and musty smells everywhere.

I received a message on the way to the hotel that because of a marathon the roads around the hotel were going to be closed on Sunday. Checkout time was changed to 3pm. So we had to leave afternoon of Saturday. The rooms were moldy smelly. Had to ask for toilet paper. Breakfast was good. The rooms were not good, moldy and it affected us with the breathing and allergies.

Have stayed here a couple of times and excellent service both times. The only issue we had both times is with the pool towels. They are not restocked enough. I went first thing yesterday morning and there were no towels, my daughters went in evening one night and no towels.

Didn't realize the Pittsburgh great race was happening that weekend until we were on our way there Friday. The hotel did send a notice. We just had to leave very early Sunday @5 am to beat the road closures

Seemed nice initially, friendly, helpful staff but our rooms were a little disappointing. One of the refrigerators had food left inside from a previous stay, and overall there is an unpleasant/less than fresh odor on our floor.
