We visited for Valentine’s Day and staff gave guests the option of having roses and chocolate brought to their room which was a very nice touch. The room itself was very clean and they had the large body wash, shampoo and lotion containers so you never have to worry about running out. CVS is directly across the street and Starbucks is about 600 feet away around the corner, which is a nice perk.

Our room was clean. And it had a sweet Valentine’s Day card in it. The hotel was clean and offered complementary Valentine’s Day pictures. The staff was extremely nice. It was a great stay.

Brittani was awesome. She ran a tight ship in spite of the lively activity often just outside on the street. The beds were comfortable. The location is convenient to many tourist attractions too.

The experience was miserable. The bathroom was freezing temperature. Not an exaggeration. We dealt with it for 3 nights. It was never fixed, extremely uncomfortable. 3 night stay was $950, They took off $25. What a joke! My daughter and wife froze.

The room was nice, not particularly special. But best of all is the hotel’s location. I was able to easily walk to where I wanted to go: the August Wilson Cultural Center, the Andy Warhol Museum, even the football and baseball stadiums. It was perfect!

Our room was spacious and clean. Getting to and from the parking garage from the hotel is so easy! Beds were comfy and each bed had 4 pillows. Lots of outlets near the beds and the dresser area. Enormous lounge chair with ottoman to curl up in. Only downside was having to use the room key in the elevators. I know it is a safety thing, but it is inconvenient.
