My overall impression of the hotel is good. However, I did have some unpleasant experience regarding my room and service by the staff: 1) The AC in our room was not working properly -- it kept blowing air and could not be turned off; I talked to front desk, the guy behind the desk promised to have it fixed the next day (it was late, almost mid-night, when I reported the problem) but it was never fixed, no one even came to check it. 2) We stayed there for 6 days, including 5 full days, but our room was cleaned only three times; I had to talking to the cleaning lady in person to get her promising to get our room cleaned.

This is one of the poorest maintained Hilton’s I’ve stayed at, only one elevator worked, the business center had a broken printer and none of the desktops worked and the valet took forever to retrieve our car

We loved staying at this property! Very clean, friendly staff, great amenities in room. We didn’t have much time to walk around the area, but it seemed to be pretty centrally located. The only negatives about the hotel were the lack of the second elevator, and the restaurant staff seemed very inexperienced, and food was delivered cooked incorrectly and not hot. We would definitely stay here again, just not eat at the restaurant.
