We did have hotel staff at the very front of the festival entrance for guests, such as yourself, who should have shown to our lobby in order to avoid the very same inconvenience you encountered. GPS took me to the wrong HIlton 20 blocks up. After callilng the correct site I was given directions & finally found it. The staff was wonderfully helpful, sent me to a fantastic restaurant & it was just a wonderful experience overall.
