I know it’s downtown so it’s likely that you would have to pay extra for parking but I think that should be noted when you are booking your reservation. So maybe that’s an Expedia issue and not a Doubletree Hilton issue.

Older property. Staff were super helpful an and friendly. I had a suite for my family and it wasn’t very clean. Stains on cushions. We opened the pullout coach and found hair in the sheets and they was no bedding in the room. Layout was good overall

The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful in explaining parking, the public transport options and offered a yummy, warm cookie. Our bathroom was a handicap accessible one and older and needs to be upgraded since it had old tile on the floor that reminded us of the pool shower area at the YMCA. It made us want to wear shower shoes. It also didn’t have a shower door or a step to keep water from wetting the floor (accessible to wheelchairs). Other than the bathroom, it was a nice, clean hotel and a quiet stay.

Property and rooms were old. I may be a bit of a baby but I hate sleeping in old buildings and I felt uncomfortable going to bed. Room felt musty, bathrooms super outdated. Not horrible, would stay again if I had no other options but it was an eye opening to pay that extra $50 to get a nicer place.

We checked in around 9pm. The front staff was completely out of it. The woman did not make eye contact, smile or welcome us to the property in any way. The room was smelly and small. The carpet was very old and tattered. The barroom smelled horrible and was cramped.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree. It was a convenient 5 minute walk to PPG arena. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was convenient as well. The staff were all very professional and helpful. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Extremely Dirty

This hotel is disgusting. It’s not just that it is terribly run down, it’s DIRTY!!! There was stuff all over the walls and doors- food, drinks, unknown substances?! The carpet had huge areas in our room that were wet with who knows what?! The tub didn’t drain. It was just so gross:(
