Very close to the PNC park. We came into Pittsburgh to see a few baseball games. Parking is very confusing. Had no idea where to park my car to check in to the Hotel. I had no idea that I needed to head to Valet first. Other than that the weekend was awesome. On a side note, I left something in the room and it was initially very tough to find someone to help, but I was finally able to reach someone who was extremely helpful. Still trying to get the item back however.

Condition

We had very, very large water bugs in one of the bathrooms in the suite we were in. We trapped them and housekeeping did come remove them. These were not small in any way and my kids were extremely frightened. I do want to share that the hotel did take care of removing them.

Ive stayed here 10-15x. Its very convenient to PPG Paints Arena. Little bit of a far walk to Heinz Field and PNC Park but not too bad. Rooms are generally clean, safe and nice. Latest visit the room was clean but very outdated, especially the bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel for downtown vists and make sure you get the cookies when checking in.

overall, it was a great experience. Curtis was exceptional – he provided top-notch customer service and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were solid. However, the parking situation was a bit inconvenient. Late at night, the valet area closes, forcing guests to park elsewhere, which wasn’t ideal. The dining area was okay – the food was decent but nothing to write home about. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely consider booking again for the excellent service and comfortable stay.

The location was convenient but other than that the property was awful. Our room on the 18th room smelled dank and musty. It was impossible to get rid of the smell. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. No parking at the hotel.
