Everything was great. Literally everything... Lol...ok,except the parking situation. I'm just not a fan of being forced to utilize valet parking. I wouldn't stay anywhere else...but I would park elsewhere! And that's not a jab at the valet drivers.

Unclean not user friendly

I checked in on Monday evening Tuesday I told them about a dirty wash cloth in my shower and to no response it was still there on Wednesday when I was checking out. Also claims pet friendly but no accommodations for your pet to go outside.

Location was great for us - close enough to the highway and we were in town to see a baseball game. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the stadium, the walk is okay (this is not the hotel’s issue just something to be aware of). Staff was very friendly, helpful, and the hotel was clean and in great condition. The elevators were very slow though! We wouldn’t mind returning if we came back to the city.

Wonderful hotel. Top notch amenities, would absolutely return! Can’t say enough about staff, when the managers chip in to help with food service so things go smoothly you know it’s a great hotel. Lovely people comfortable rooms and very clean. I am picky!!! Great location as well.

Great for large family get togethers

Wonderful providing complimentary dinner until 7pm with soft drinks and cash bar. Popcorn in lobby was only available until about the same time. Little shop to buy snacks and drinks when food area closed. Very crowded with family reunions causing 3 elevators to be very crowded and slow. Could hear people in hallways talking loudly and slamming doors when we were in our room. We did not find much to do within walking distance in the evening.

Couple minor complaints- tv & remote really need an upgrade (no menu option/have to scroll by channel), and toilet lid needs a slow close. I’m spoiled at home, slammed that lid every time.

The hotel amenities were fantastic. Breakfast was very good, evening drinks and food was a nice touch which was from 530-7. We just made it in time at 6:55. It does end right at 7 with no exceptions. They also have a soda machine and coffee/tea available till 930pm. This was also a nice touch. The old bank vaults on the lower level was very cool. The room was spacious, however when we pulled out the couch bed, the bedding was filthy. Hair and dirt all over it. We were leaving for dinner and asked for it to be changed. The front desk staff was very polite and made a call right away. However, when we returned later, the staff had only pulled off the bedding and left new bedding in a bag on the floor. With the high cost of this hotel, my expectations are that they change the beddng so my kids can come back and sleep right away. For half the price I'd have no problem making the bed myself but that wasn't the case. Pretty disappointed about the cleaning staff. One final note, the woman running the waffle station was incredibly organized and efficient. I didn't get her name but with how great things were run, I imagine she runs that station often.
