This is a great location that has done an excellent job renovating and upgrading the entire facility. It has great amenities including complimentary breakfast, a restaurant, workout facility and indoor pool. Rooms are comfortable and clean. And the variety of rooms are affordable.

Windows so dirty you could not see out of them, lock on door broke, refrigerator did not get cold after turning all the way up, no remote for the tv ( gave us one but didn’t work), pool unusable,no connecting room pet request, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom dresser drawer broke. So discussed

When I arrived that said that I booked a handicap room. When I went to the room it was obviously a handicap room with a small bed. I checked my Travelocity app and discovered I booked a regular too. Told them at the desk and was moved appropriately but they said when I booked on Travelocity they give me the cheapest room.

When I arrived she said that I reserved a handicapped room. When I got to the room, I realize that the bed was very small. I check my Travelocity app and discovered I paid for a regular room with a queen size bed.. they did upgrade me to a better room, but that’s fine was very inconvenient

The front desk clerk was very nasty the property was very dirty and disgusting there was bugs people were conscious screaming and fighting smoking drugs
