Clean rooms, friendly staff. My only bad experience was the elevator, seemed like only one was working and when everyone is trying to get down at the same time to head to the Steelers game it was a bit of a mess, i would say it took us about 10-15 mins.

There wasn't any information in the room about things available in the hotel. For example, no guide for tv channels, restaurants in the hotel or the neighborhood. Could we order room service or did you have to go to the restaurant?

Had to switch rooms within an hour of being there because of noise and stains on carpet. Food at the restaurant was not good. I asked for no housekeeping when I got there and they still went in. My card kept getting wiped so I had to get a new card multiple times. Definitely didn’t feel like a Hilton.

This was a great stay until my mother fell in the lobby because the rug was buckled and she uses a cane. The staff was friendly, but it was a huge event there which caused parking to be at a minimum.
