Room had no towels, and stink bugs. The ceiling was leaking & falling apart in my room. When asking for a new room, my accommodations were not the same. Staff was nonchalant about my room issues.

The furnishings looked nice enough, but over the property was in poor condition. The pool, bar and restaurant were closed. There was no trash can in the room, no hot water, and when I tried to take a shower, the faucet shot off the wall, spraying water everywhere! Maintenance had not come in yet for the day, so we had to wait and it delayed our departure. For $150, this was a terrible terrible hotel.

Booked room for three adults for two nights. Room only had supplies ( towels, cups, coffee and bathroom amenities) for two people. First night waited 35-40 min to get needed towels. Second day, room again set up with barely enough for two people. Arrived back at hotel late and tired. Made do with hand towels and declared not to return.

No microwave or refrigerator in room..no free breakfast as advertised..Was not told about extra 50.00 hold until arrival.All amenities were closed..I.E swimming pool and hot tub..ice machine broken..NOT SATISFIED WITH THE COST AND SERVICES PROVIDED..😐

Only 10 cars in parking lot and could not check me in early. Pictures posted online not same as entering business. Desk clerk was not friendly. Didn’t stay because people there said everything was broke and was dirty. Called Travelocity to cancel immediately

Check in was awful I felt bad for the staff had to hand write almost everything. Only had laptops and very disorganized very run down conditions I would be surprised if this place is open in a couple months
