Very convenient when flying out of Pittsburgh. This was our first time staying there. The only thing I didn't like was the carpet, it is very difficult to roll your luggage on.

Airport convenience

Bare bones chain with a small restaurant and bar off the lobby. The only reason I ever stay there is that the lobby connects directly to the airport. When I have an early flight I book a room for one night. I can't imagine why anyone would stay longer. The rooms are big enough, but the bed linens are uncomfortably scratchy and stiff. Hard to get comfortable.

Front desk was rude. Arrived late with a 6 month old baby was told there was no more parking spaces and given other options had to book another hotel and refused a refund which is ridiculous. 0/10 do not recommend this hotel especially after a long day of traveling

Our stay was rushed and not too many complaints other than our bed was dirty. When we finally got our young children to sleep and were pulling the blankets down to get some sleep before and early flight, there was a piece of paper (I have the picture) that had written on it “if you see this, this bed was not changed.” Pretty disgusting! The only reason we stayed was because the other Hyatt that we originally booked would not shuttle us to airport without car seats and we did not plan to travel with car seats. We did this in order to save money on parking and our stay. Instead we paid more for the room, spent more time getting to the room and had to pay $20/day for 7 days. Disappointed and will not be recommending.
