My previous stay had been pleasant so I booked again for my trip. I checked in past midnight. Rooms are not very soundproof and someone next door was her phone for 40 minutes since a bit before 8am. She put the phone on speaker so I could even hear the other party speaking. Also a lot of clashing and banging. This is an airport hotel. Some people check in late and some people are jet lagged and do not wish to be disturbed.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. Hotel very convenient for airport travel. However, for over $300/night, I don’t expect there to be some kind of brown stains on the shower curtain and wall in the bathroom……otherwise it was clean. And $50 for breakfast when the pancakes were cold and rubbery and there were fruit flies around the fruit bowl? I will save my money next time and stay somewhere cheaper that’s just as nice.
