This is an older hotel which is totally fine. The bed was very comfortable. The big turn off was that immediately upon opening the door I was hit in the face by the overwhelming smell of a toxic chemical degreaser cleaning product. I could thankfully open the window. I could see the product film on the floor (and it was slippery) so I washed the floor 3 times to get the majority of the heinous toxic smell out. The dirty mop water film on the floor soiled the rag repeatedly. I hope that they will find an alternative effective product as to not make someone sick.

Charged my card without any reason.

They kept my card for incidental and charge me. I contacted the person at the checkout and he said that charges will be revered as it was just hold. but they did not do it.

As I’m typing this, I’m literally locked out of my room and being left on hold as someone tries to find someone to help me. Beyond ridiculous to charge someone for a room they can’t even access!

I checked in directly after a major storm blew through the area and left the entire area; (multiple hotels and many, many restaurants without power for almost 24 hours). The manager came in with a list of Reservations and managed to check me and several others into rooms with only a short hour wait. The rooms were accessible despite no power and light for the night. Excellent service on their part.

Our stay was good it was the shuttle service they supplied to the airport rhat was very dissapointing. So bad on our return we finally called an uber without any reimbursement from the hotel. We wont be staying there again if traveling.

The light between beds had a plug into a wall outlet. It was arcing inside the wire. I unplugged it. The same wall outlet was full.... I had no place to plug in my CPAP machine. I unplugged the alarm clock. The HVAC unit's filter was full of lint/dust; it barely could push out any air...... Breakfast was....somewhat edible, but many items unstocked. I have stayed in perhaps 30 different La Quinta properties. This property was clearly the lowest quality property in which I stayed.

This was obviously an older hotel, which had recently been painted and refreshed. It was well cleaned and very comfortable. They have the best Coffee I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. The attendant at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly. We had an early flight and breakfast opened at 4 o’clock. It wasn’t anything elaborate, but it certainly suffice.
