"The first room we were given had a deadbolt lock that was broken and a telephone that didn’t work not even when trying to call the front desk. Our second room had dirty carpet (evidenced by the bottom of my slippers), a/c that alternated between freezing and barely cooling throughout the stay. Our room was not refreshed when we returned at 6:30pm even though we left the room at 11:30am. No luggage rack or surface on which our suitcase coukd be placed. The staff was friendly but I would not recommend this particular Courtyard to anyone. It"
