This unit is a special part of our CaboCondoVacations portfolio of 5-star short-term and long-term rental units. Our CaboCondoVacations team is onsite 7 days a week and our owners live in Quivira full time. We own or manage over 25 vacation units in Quivira and are uniquely knowledgeable and helpful on getting the most out of your visit. Our CaboCondoVacations team is on site 7 days a week to make every minute of your vacation perfect.


Copala is a full-ownership family community with private secure gate. You will feel like you are in an upscale USA or Canadian community + all the advantages of Mexican weather, culture, food and fun!


RESORT/COMMUNITY ACCESS INCLUDES:

-There are 7 guest accessible pools! The highlight is the Copala clubhouse which has 2 pools (kiddy pool + family infinity pool with fantastic ocean, mountain and desert views), large family sized jacuzzi, a deli, spa, gym, bar & grill, large media room, and more.
-On-site tienda for essentials you may have forgotten (toothpaste, tequila, hats, sunscreen, chips...)

Guests have access and discounts to some Pueblo Bonito resort amenities but not all. Specifically:

Within the resorts I would recommend:
• ’The After’ Sports bar and restaurant at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts.
• ’The Market’ Food Hall at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts. This Market area features several different types of food (Deli, Asian, Mexican, Pasta, etc.) which share a common seating area and central bar area.
• The Quivira Golf Clubhouse steakhouse and seafood restaurant & bar is not associated with the resorts and our guests have access and discounts. For breakfast and lunch you can often walk in without reservations however reservations are required at dinner (on even priority with hotel guests).
• Our guests can access reservable restaurants at the resorts however they are exceptionally busy over the holidays and other busy seasons. The resorts prioritize hotel guests and limit non hotel guests. Practically speaking, there is absolutely no commitment of guest access to resort reservable restaurants.
• Our guests do not have access to Pueblo Bonito pools or pool bars unless they purchase the All-Inclusive package at the resorts. This is a new policy in 2025 and any listings claiming to allow this access are out of date.

• There are numerous excellent restaurants which have recently opened just outside the Quivira gates given the rapid growth of the Quivira population. These are excellent options with great variety, quality, and value. Please ask for recommendations.

Wonderful condo in a perfect location with magnificent views of the ocean! Enjoyed all the amenities of the resort-pools, gym, and especially pickleball! We watched amazing sunrises from the rooftop hot tub every morning! The unit was perfectly stocked with everything we needed for our month long rental. We will definitely be back and feel that this is the best 2 bdroom unit in the building!

The place was excellent. Clean and spacious and rooftop setup was sweet. Host communicated great on Whatsapp. I will say this, the concierge at the Copala clubhouse need to step up their game - zero enthusiasm and kind of just seemed like we were a bit of a nuisance to them.With that said, the hosts were wonderful and we just used the concierge down at Pueblo Bonito Sunset because they actually seemed to care!

Great property. Super clean, easy check in, concierge service was quite helpful, pool(s) onnsite, patio overlooking the ocean and surrounding area was a great benefit, rooftop tub and patio was a bonus, bathrooms were great and the beds/kitchen were good enough. Beach was about a one mile walk downhill, uphill return. Thanks for stay.

Beautiful Sunset

Cabo has been our favorite destination for the past 10 years. We love Sunset Beach. Our stay at Copala was outstanding. We loved sitting in the hot tub watching the whales and sunsets. The staff at Cabo Condo Vacations were outstanding and met every expectation. We will definitely look to stay in Copala in the future. Very convenient to our favorite places in town.

Beautiful place! Just like photos- no complaints whatsoever. Overall, the complex, resort areas, and condo were amazing. The Customer experience at all levels was outstanding. The only recommendation is to get a property map to understand where everything is located. The shuttle service was a little slow as well, but all the guys treated us great! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

I'd Give It 6 Stars If I Could

Looking for a relaxing vacation outside the hubbub of downtown Cabo? This is the place for you. The condo and property are wonderfully attuned. The owner is one of the best I've encountered. at communication. Every morning we delighted in drinking coffee and having breakfast on the deck, as we looked out onto the blue waters. At night we'd go to the rooftop and watch the stars from the hot tub. This really is a beautiful location and rental. Be sure to take advantage of the clubhouse. The staff there are amazing. Beautiful Penthouse Condo with Incredible Views

Before we got there, the hosts set up communication via WhatsApp to make the check-in process and overall stay so easy. I messaged them a few times with random questions and they answered so quickly and were extremely helpful. When we arrived to the property we were very pleased with how safe and secure it was. Then we finally made it inside and OMG. The views are unreal but just everything about the place was exceptional. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, patios. You can not go wrong by staying here. Everything in the community is also amazing. The main pool and the pool at the condo building are awesome. We spent so much time there and we are not even pool people. It was an easy 20 minute ride to the marina/nightlife. We rented a car so I do not know how the other means of transportation are. Overall stay was definitely 10/10 and we are already looking to come back and stay at the same place !

Great Place

The Condo we stayed at was exceptional, with beautiful furniture and finishes, with quite the view. Beds were so comfortable. Communication with the agent was always open and they were very helpful, although as a first time traveler to Cabo and Quivira, it was difficult to determine Quivira check in processes, shuttle booking and overall the true scale of the estate and that realistically you can’t rely on a shuttle service, requiring the additional hire of a golf buggy - it really should be explained and included as standard in their pricing. Understanding what is available to a guest in Quivira could be communicated better - it was on our second last day we discovered there was allegedly a “general store” at Sunset (we didn’t go find it to confirm)…we could have done with that bit of information on our first night. Copala, whilst having its own pools is a long way from any dining options, and the rest of the resorts. Overall though, this is a lovely place to relax and when all the development is done, will be quite a delightful place to holiday. Thanks again for a terrific stay.

The condo is exactly what is pictured and a perfect location. The bed is so comfortable and the views are gorgeous. Kitchen is well stocked and the amenities are great. Our only few issues we had was a terrible smell in the unit, we tried to leave the patio doors open to try to get rid of it but it’s permanent. It majorly affected our enjoyment of the unit and all of our clothes smelled so badly even the ones we never wore. The bed needs new bedding since the fitted sheet constantly came off since it’s too small (otherwise the bed was glorious!) the hot tub area is not as private as we assumed it was and not the safest since anyone can get in to the patio. Another issue we had was a lack of help from the concierge in regards to the other properties. We had issues with the shuttle to get to Medano Beach, we were told it was included and the concierge said we would need to take a taxi, we were also under the impression that we could book the all inclusive at the Pacifica resort (we specifically wanted this since we had stayed there before) only to be told they don’t offer that at the Pacifica resort. We also had to go to the monte cristo to ask this since the concierge couldn’t help us book it and when we went there we were told it could only be used at sunset or on Medano beach and only if we booked it for 3 days which we didn’t want we only wanted one day. So we got very frustrated since this was one of the main reasons we booked at quivira. Otherwise the unit is lovely.

Amazing views and property that may make you want to skip the sightseeing all together.

We highly recommend this condo and any unit under the Cabo Condo Property management. From the moment we booked communication was quick and thorough. We received a PDF and internet version of the units guidebook which included maps, restaurant recommendations, check in and check out procedures, etc. During the days leading up to and during to our stay, we used the WhatsApp to communicate with the host and almost always received an immediate response whether it was a unit question or a question about parking downtown. The unit itself was immaculate, high end, well stocked, comfortable, etc. The views from the rooftop are spectacular and were easily enjoyed from the hot tub and chairs/loungers available. We were able to cook many meals, watch our favorite tv shows, do laundry, and have all the comfort of home while being far from it. We were also able to enjoy a Cabo Yacht Vacation (sister company to host) sunset dinner cruise which was 5 stars as well and I would highly recommend them and their services to anyone visiting the area. The property itself was gated and felt very safe. We went for walks and runs together but I would have been comfortable on my own as well. We were also able to easily use services (restaurants, parking, beaches) at other property locations. Quiet and lovely. The unit and property is on the western edge of Cabo but getting to the marina all the way to San Jose Cabo was easy (we rented a car but taxis and Ubers are readily available).

A wonderful vacation experience

We had a great time staying at this property. Everything was exactly as described. The owner and his team helped us create a memorable birthday celebration. Their recommendation for Chef Dulce was excellent as she prepared meals for us throughout our visit. I highly recommend this property and team for a future stay.
