The property is 100' from the 101 freeway. Our room faced the freeway. The freeway noise was very loud. The air conditioning unit in the room was very loud even when it was shut off. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Holiday Inn is really the best of the best This location is perfect The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is a 4 Starr. We will stay there again.

The breakfast buffet is pretty good, but can get crowded in a small space. Parking is included. The hotel room is spacious. The only thing I did not like is that the AC unit is very loud and it kept waking me up throughout the night, which caused me to have poor sleep on Mother’s Day. Boo. Overall, clean and pretty updated room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel smelled really nice. The hotel and the room were clean. The room had a microwave, refrigerator and a coffee maker. We had breakfast included and it was a big plus for us. Family friendly.

People from the front desk service had an amazing attitude, my daughter was in the Ventura marathon and they had bananas and apples set up at 4:30am ( or maybe earlier 🤭)for whoever was in this event, that was very thoughtful sweet ☺️

Would not recommend this hotel

Not good, really disappointed that when I asked for late check out, it was a big fat NO, I call that EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Feel ripped off way to much money for a inferior hotel. Was only there 12 hours what a complete rip off!!!! Would not recommend this location. Have stayed at many Holiday Inn hotels this was definitely the worst experience especially for the amount of money and little time spent there?

Really great experience, I was running the M2B marathon and the lady at the front desk was so helpful by giving us traveling tips and spectating spots. Place was clean and in a good area!
