The good: clean sheets, clean towels, biscuits and gravy (at breakfast) were good. The bad: black mold on bathroom ceiling (appears they have tried plastering and painting to cover it up but it comes through), desk drawer broken off and left on floor under desk, mirror has many black stains smudged on it, tv placed oddly on dresser right in front of mirror limiting mirror use (short tv cords??), broken curtain rod, tub/shower knob not screwed into wall-just hanging loosely on wall, towel hook broken off door with holes on door, smoke alarm filthy with bug poo all over it, toilet seat peeling apart-feels strange to use the toilet. Overall filthy hotel, not maintained or kept up, appears no maintenance or repairs being done. Staff was polite but there was a party/loud gathering in the parking lot of the hotel,near our room one night until 11pm that hotel staff did nothing about. Won't stay here again. There are better choices for Cameron.

The motel was in need of an update. The wear on the property was evident. The room was clean enough for its condition. The bed was not comfortable to us. And if I had known that the motel was right next to a truck stop, with trucks sitting while running all night, I would never have made our reservations there.

This Motel is really, really old and not properly Maintained. I read in one of the reviews before booking a room and it mentioned "BLACK MOLD" in the bathroom, I just "blew" it off. He was right...We had room 156 and I took photos of the "black Mold".. it's "BAD".! My other complaint is that we were next to a room where 2 adult women and 2 children, ages 2 to 4 maybe were staying. Around 10:30 pm they were making lots of noise , my wife nicely went over and asked to please hold the noise down. Around 11:30 pm, I woke up to screaming and banging around, again my wife comely went over and asked them to be quite. Around 12:45 am it has again gotten loud, doors to the room open and slamming shut, kids screaming and the woman outside cleaning the vehicle while yelling back into the room, in a foreign language. Again my wife went over and asked them to please not be so noisy...one of the women started yelling at my wife about leaving them alone. So my wife went to the office and got the Manager, who came down and asked them to be quite...they never did. NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN. ALSO, It is right next to a large truck stop with Diesel trucks coming and going all night and people walking through the parking lot drinking and smoking. I realize that there isn't anything that can be done about the location, but it's still not desirable. It is Advertised as a SureStay/Best Western, Best Western should be ashamed to put their name on this place .

Different room Different rating. The few things that weren't perfect on my first stay weren't " in your face" issues. One of the sinks in the room drained very slowly and the showerer curtain was dirty on the inside(not noticeable from outside. This second visit- not so good The bathroom was moldy from chest high to include the ceiling.

I booked this hotel based on reviews and while I did expect some updating that needed to be done, I was quite surprised at the condition of our room. The smell was intense and the caulking around the bath unit was either missing or it had turned black. I can say while the bathroom appeared to be clean, I felt kind of gross in the shower. Also, the toilet seat was peeling, which was not pleasant on the buns. Staff was nice and helpful but that doesnt make this a 8.4 rating hotel. Maybe it was just our room? Idk

Well kept and close to Hamilton - Mo. Star Quilt town. Had everything we needed, very comfortable bed! Will definitely stay again when back up north.

The room smelled. The drawer was missing the front plate and a nail was sticking straight out. The biscuits and gravy were cold. Carpet in the room was gross
