Complete disappointment
Ive stayed at Larkspurs before and this is well off standard expectations. The hotel has alot of differed maintenence that is visible to guests. Shows a lack of investment or pride in the property. Multiple pictures to show. Poorly maintained furniture, spots on carpets, not a "fully" stocked kitchen as described, old party decorations from another guest left up, chipped drywall, door hinge "fixes". Just ridiculous for the price. Worse then your 60.00 motel experiences.
