We stayed here 27 years ago when we moved to Ohio and wanted to stay when we returned. Staff was great. We were given an ADA room, and when we checked in late due to a late flight there were 2 blowers in the room and no hangers. We had to remind the service next morning to pick up the blowers. Asked to clean our room just once and never was cleaned after 4 days. Staff was great breakfast was good. Had to get towels twice. Rooms need a refresh and TV is old technology.

Clean, quiet - Excellent staff!

There was soooo much to love about this place: quiet, secure, clean, very nice landscaping. good parking. loved the stocked kitchen and fireplace. Staff was EXCELLENT - so friendly and very helpful. the *only reason it's not a 5 star all the way is there was a leak in the bath ceiling that made using the shower kinda yucky. BUT staff was very responsive, but we had checked out before it was repaired. overall we would definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this property!

Breakfast was terrible! Microwave would have help to warm your food, the syrup and butter was cold which resulted in butter not spreading due to being stored in fridge. Included some “no sugar” drinks and some fruit and bread selections And trash can overflow/ need to be emptied

Parking for hotels in downtown San Jose is quite costly. If I had spent my entire trip at the Residence Inn San Jose Campbell instead, I would have had less hassle looking for spots and saved a lot on parking.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was curteous and helpful. Parking was fantastic. Room lacked shampoo and body wash. Overall great experience. Would stay again.

A nice place. The room was large with a full kitchen. The kitchen is ideal for take out food but not well stocked for cooking.
