We enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect location and size for our family of three adults. We loved the well stocked kitchen and full size fridge. My husband and I went for a workout at One Wellness. I enjoyed swimming lengths at the pool and chatting with guests in the hot tub. We will come back again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked most of our meals there. The kids loved using the pool and hot tub every night. The parking pass for the underground parking was easy to find in the binder.We noticed on the first night that we were missing some towels and robes, and they were quickly provided. Great stay overall!

Since this was my first time booking through Vrbo, I was unsure how to proceed. However, I received the email with the instructions, and the person who took my call when I arrived at the location was very helpful. The only issue I had was that the TVs had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, it happened on the weekend outside business hours. I left early in the morning, and when I got back (around 7 pm), I couldn't watch any streaming services or any other channel. I reported the issue three times and no one got back to me since it was after hours (so it was not possible to fix). Next day it happened again, the TVs didn't connect to

We really enjoyed this space and would absolutely stay again! Super clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The units are really quiet—not once did I hear noise from a neighbouring unit. The hot tub is really large and wonderful to have access to. The area is also super walkable! Like other reviewers have said, be mindful that this space does not have a view (however this didn’t detract from our experience at all). It’s also important to understand that you’re not in a hotel (or similar) space. That means that there’s no one on site to help you with most issues like a front desk would. If you have a non-emergent issue after the Rockies Rentals business hours, you have to wait until the next day. With that being said, when this happened to us I received a phone call as soon as they opened and someone was down to help us in about an hour. The staff from Rockies Rentals were super friendly and they provided really detailed information about everything. All in all we would 100% stay again! :)

Easy to get to. Easy parking. Unfortunately, we found the kitchen, bathroom and floors to be dirty. When booking I did not realize the view is the underside of a deck/mechanical equipment/ and the side of another building. I should have looked closer when booking. Additionally, the bed was extra, extra firm and the sleeper couch was uncomfortable. Communication from the owner/company was very good. Unfortunately the issues I perceived were not ones that could be fixed during our stay.

Short Getaway

I came for a short vacation getaway. This location was great as close to Banff. The apartment was clean and exactly what I was looking for. Being able to have the underground parking and with a bus stop right out front access was great! The only recommendation I would have is to include more information on how to access the pool facilities. I was confused when I went to go use it as my code did not work so I had to call for help. They were pretty quick on getting back but still lost out on over an hour of time waiting. So for those who are going know that you need a separate code to access the pool which you can get from reception. Other than this it was a great stay and I would highly recommend for anyone.
