Step outside onto the balcony with your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, come home each afternoon to such comforts as air conditioning and a washer/dryer and enjoy easy walking access to beaches, the port, and the Palais des Festivals.
What's nearby: This stunning duplex is located in the center of beautiful Cannes. You won't need a car to visit the city, as both the train station and the bus station are close by. You'll be a quarter-mile stroll from the Palais des Festivals (the site of the Cannes Film Festival) and the port, half a mile northeast of Midi Beach, and three-quarters of a mile west of the beach, seaside promenade, and luxury boutiques of La Croisette. The neighboring Forville Market is open daily, and several excellent restaurants, including Bistrot Gourmand, are steps away.
