The villa is located less than 10 minutes from the Palais des Festivals by car and has a panoramic view of the mountains of the Esterel mountains. Large living room, large fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, TV in each room, movie theaters (with 2 convertible sofas), heated pool from May to September trampoline, fitness trail in the protected park of the cross guards.
