Free parking on Avenue du Maréchal Gallieni at all times. You just need to find a spot!

The neighboring streets offer paid parking: 1st hour free, then 3 eur for 2 hours. For 24hrs is 17 eur.

Underground paid parking Saint Nicolas is 2-minute walk from the building (please check their website for rates, as they differ on the period).

VISITORS

Visitors are not allowed.



WE DON'T ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FROM PEOPLE WITH AN ADDRESS WITHIN 30 KM OF CANNES.



Guest Access:

Access into the apartment with Smart lock. The code will be provided after the check-in is finalized. Arrival time anytime, no physical interaction with host.



The Neighborhood:

Residential neighborhood. Bakery, supermarket, cafes and restaurants a few minutes walk from the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

âœč GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire apartment.

âœč CHECK-IN: Please note that on-line check-in is required before arrival at the property. In compliance with current law, all guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of reservation.

One week before arrival, you will receive an email from our system called “Check-in”. You must use this link to:

- Upload the IDs of all guests.

- Complete the mandatory €1,000 security deposit.

Please note that your entry codes will only be released once both steps have been completed. If the check-in process is not finalized and the deposit is not paid in full, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.

These measures are legally required and strictly enforced to ensure compliance and security.

âœč EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

Early check-in and late check-out options can be provided, subject to availability in our reservations calendar. Please inform us your desired arrival/ departure time and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply.

âœč LUGGAGE DROP OFF: You can drop off your luggage while the cleaning team is cleaning the apartment. After your stay, we’ll be able to store your luggage until the cleaning finished.

âœč STAYS LONGER THAN 1 WEEK

For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning is required to ensure your comfort. This service includes fresh linens and towels, and will be arranged and charged separately through the Resolution Center.

âœč COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of bathroom toiletries, water, soft drinks, coffee and tea.

âœč TOWELS AND LINENS: Each bed comes with fresh linens, and every guest receives one large and one small bath towel. If you would like extra linens or towels, we can provide them upon request for a small additional fee. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with one large blanket for the double bed and one small blanket for the single bed. We don’t keep extra blankets on-site, and we thank you for your understanding.

âœč No elevator.

âœč PARKING INFORMATION: The apartment does not have private parking, but there are several convenient options if you are arriving by car:

1. Street Parking – On Avenue Saint Nicolas, parking is free at all times (subject to availability). Nearby streets may have paid parking, which is marked with the word “PAYANT” on the ground. Payment can be made at the street meters or through the Flowbird app.

2. Underground Public Parking – The Saint Nicolas Parking Garage is just a 2-minute walk from the building. Please check their official website for current rates, as prices vary depending on the season.

âœč WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi throughout the home, plus laptop-friendly areas in the bedrooms and living room.

âœč FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib and high chair available upon request (please let us know before your arrival)

âœč AIRPORT TRANSFER/ DRIVER: We can connect you with our trusted partners, who can pick you up and drop you off at the apartment.

Amazing property

We spent one week, the apartment is lovely, well equipped with everything one would need. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood and 10 minutes from the beach. The train station is a 5 minutes walk to travel to Nice, Antibes or Monaco. Communication with Liana was easy and convenient. Definitely will return here to spend another holiday in Cannes.
