A tidy and clean place that included all what we needed and some. Well positioned pool that broke the heat of the day. But what is a property without the most important asset? I say it is the staff. Without an exception all the staff we have met were the nicest and kind folks from Adnan, Intisar, Lubna, Ramona. I chatted and joked with each and every one lovely crew. They understand what customer service means and made our stay extremely pleasant. A special thanks to la femme de chambre. Folks thanks for everything. We had a ground floor pool view room with our daughter. The whole hotel was maintained well and kept really clean. Pool area and sunbeds were fab - sun or shade available. We felt very safe at all times. Staff very welcoming and friendly. We had breakfast included and were very happy with the multiple choices - staff constantly checking and refilling dishes. Would recommend and would return. Thank you.

Lovely hotel and staff was excellent. Breakfast was quite satisfying and the hotel aesthetic is beautiful. Do note that there is no Lift/Elevator but only 3 floors.

Beautiful tucked away haven!

We loved this hotel and wished we could’ve stayed more than just one night! The staff was great—attentive and helpful. We loved the pool! Beautiful setting and very relaxing. We didn’t fly out until later in the evening and they graciously stored our luggage for us so we could relax by the pool for the afternoon.

There was so much I loved about the property- the decor, the breakfasts, the pool, the staff. All of that was really good. However, we had two rooms, for 3 people, and both were very tight. At the end of a 5 week trip thru Europe, and probably a little over living out of a suitcase, but having to keep our cases closed to be able to walk around the room, and sit them on the bed to open and get stuff out was frustrating. Also very disappointing was there was no coffee and tea making facilities in the bedroom. Overall though, a lovely boutique hotel, and I would come back. Next time though, it would be just for the weekend with an overnight bag, and I would pack a travel jug!

Wonderful! From arrival to checkout everyone was so helpful. The pool and cafe/breakfast area are very clean and relaxed. Room was beautifully light, with a lovely shower. Perfect in every way. The hotel is also ideally located in a quiet street minutes from the beach and bars/restaurants. Train station approx 10mins at a slow place. 10/10.

Great hotel…but the pigeons!!

This is a lovely hotel, and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the pool was very nice. The food on offer is fairly limited and the only downside - and it is a big one - there are several pigeons which not only annoy everyone as they fly around the pool area, but they constantly came into the dining/bar area. On several occasions during breakfast the pigeons would walk into the bar area as people were eating breakfast, and on more than one occasion I saw a pigeon fly onto the bar and peck away at food which formed part of the buffet breakfast laid out waiting for guests to eat. It’s a recipe for food poisoning, and often this was right in front of staff members who didn’t seem to appreciate the serious health risks this presents.
