Renovierungsstau

Farbe blättert von der Decke, defekte Steckdose, Toilettentopf wackelt, Luftabzug im Badezimmer fehlerhaft, Laminatfußboden im 2. Schlafzimmer verzogen, Tür zur Terrasse lässt sich nicht öffnen. Bei den beiden Einzelbetten handelt es sich augenscheinlich um Feldbetten, rechte Tür der Wäschekommode fällt bei jedem Öffnen aus der Verankerung, der Backofen in der Küche würde sich über eine Grundreinigung freuen. Am zweiten Tag fiel die Markisenrolle aus der Führung. Trotz Meldung keine Reparatur.

Ruim maar gedateerd appartement

Gunstig en veilig gelegen appartement. Alles is wel gedateerd en deed niet fris aan. Het rook muf en de keuken rook naar vislucht. De wifi hield halverwege het verblijf mee op. Airco in de slaapkamers waren stil en prettig. Verder een zeer ruim balkon.

Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, schöne Terrasse, etwas Sicht. Geschirr, und vor allem Backofen, schmutzig und fettig. Terrasse sehr dreckig inkl. Stühle und Tisch.

Casa funzionale ma poco pulita

La casa è grande, luminosa, ben attrezzata e con una terrazza molto ampia e vivibile. Contesto verde e silenzioso. Purtroppo ci siamo subito accorti che la pulizia era sommaria e che i pavimenti erano polverosi e sporchi. Ma il peggio è stato scoprire prima nei letti e poi addirittura nei cassetti delle posate in cucina escrementi di topo. Abbiamo avvisato subito l agenzia a Cannes che il giorno dopo ha inviato personale per pulire. Peccato che , anche dopo le ipotetiche pulizie, la casa fosse ancora quasi nelle stesse condizioni, comprese le tracce di escrementi in cucina, che non erano state tolte! Credo che questa situazione sgradevole abbia contribuito a peggiorare notevolmente la nostra percezione di questo soggiorno. A concludere il tutto, segnalo che gli aspiratori nei tre bagni, che non hanno finestre, non funzionano, e la sedietta di uno dei WC era quasi del tutto staccata.
