Magnificent villa for 6 to 8 people ideally located in a quiet residential area, facing south, not overlooked.
Heated pool in winter and spring, air conditioning, wifi high speed fiber, all comfort.
Located in Antibes Juan les Pins, facing south, with large terrace, swimming pool, and beautiful garden with trees. Sea view from the second floor terrace. Very spacious villa without any opposite, sheltered from the wind and ideally oriented for the sun. Ideal for 6 to 8 persons. 5 double rooms. Beds all comfort 160 x 200.

The villa is approved 4 stars by the tourist office since 2022.

Close to the center and beaches, in a private residential area, remote controlled gate protection, absolute tranquility. Private parking.

Once installed in the property, you feel like in a bubble, in the peace, with the swimming pool at permanent disposal, and the life on the terrace all day long... We are totally autonomous....tranquil without noise without opposite.... And as all the bedrooms, living room, terraces and swimming pool are exposed to the south, sheltered from the wind, it is warm enough even out of season to have lunch outside and to swim, especially with a hot water in any season at 28°C (heat pump).

The location for our particular purpose was great. Our children went to a french camp school so we walked to the camp. The house was located in a gated community so super secure and quite, very respectul neighbors. The house is good for family of 4, anything more than 4, then you will feel the squeeze. Pool was great with good temperature. After few days, you will feel the house like home,we enjoyed our stay, everything works, so no complains there however, I feel that it needs some love such as: remodel a bathroom, maybe get new furniture, not all but something that will make it better.

Great location and very spacious

Lovely central location easy access to Antibes & beaches and the local supermarket. Very secure, gated entrance. Beautiful pool & plenty of space. Great communication with Veronique. Will return.

A perfect family holiday.

A very spacious, comfortable and well appointed villa with a fantastic heated pool. It was perfect for a family holiday - plenty of space outside and inside; table tennis, board games and lots of fun pool inflatables for our grand daughter! Convenient supermarket - less than 5 mins in car. Excellent communication with Gilles, the owner, who was so accommodating and flexible. Veronique, the house manager, was wonderful - she was so kind to us and gave us the warmest of welcomes. Thank you both. In addition to lovely Antibes and the beaches at Juan Les Pins, there are many interesting places to visit close by. We had a fabulous week and would come here again.

Beautiful Property with wonderful hosts

The property was better than expected with a amazing hosts. We visited for a 50th birthday celebration with one teen and two children. The pool was amazing, the rooms were spacious and we had lots of common space. More space and bigger pool than expected. The beach and train were in walking distance. We took day trips To Nice and Monaco. Wifi was great And Veronique was wonderful to communicate with. Would stay again, will miss it, but will always remember our time there.

Superb Villa in fabulous location

Villa Carina is a beautiful property in a stunning location perfectly positioned between Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Magnificent swimming pool and grounds- with olive and lemon trees- incredibly private and peaceful. Fully equipped with wonderful decor and really comfortable beds. We had a fantastic holiday! We enjoyed the wonderfull villa

Very nice house, where you find everything you need. The garden with the pool invites to relax and the grill and the table are supperb for nice breakfast, lunch and dinner with the whole familly. The owner and Veronique are, very friendly and we had a very giod communication.

Spring break (workation)

The property was nice, not just clean but also more spacious than we expected from the pictures. The kids loved the heated pool as the weather was not always sunny. Location of the house was excellent for going to either Antibes Centre or Juan les Pins in a few minutes and having Nice and Cannes close by. The (WiFi) internet connection was more than sufficient for remote working with video calls and movie streaming at the same time. The check in and out was very quick, clear and most of all friendly. All together a place to recommend.

It was a fantastic Villa for my family and friends. We were 7 people, but it was room for 9 people. We rent the house for 1 week and loved the stay. We use the outdoor place a lot. The swimmimgpool was clean, big and lovely. The women that met us when we arrived was very kind and helpful.
