In beautiful Pallazzo style building from early 20th century, spacious (140 sqm), with three exits to garden and teracce with oceal view from most rooms. Three double rooms, two full baths, equipped kitchen and all aminities. One minute from garden to sea, with garden shower, when you need to refresh or shower after swimming. Five min to beach restaurants, walk along beach and cafes and be in Old Port in 8 minutes and at Conf center in 15-20 minutes. Railway next door is visble, and trains make some outdoor noise for 15-30 seconds when passing, with little nuissance inside.
