The famous Jim Jeffers Park and Joe Stonis Park (offers Pickle Ball), as well as Jim Jeffers Park (Tennis courts), are within a couple minutes driving distance making this a fantastic spot for families with small children.
It is a quick drive to Punta Gorda downtown, and the famous Fisherman's Village, ten minutes to Matlacha, and forty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach.
It is just a four-minute drive, to the local Publix Supermarket, Walgreens, and the Burnt Store public boat ramp making this a perfect location for our guests who like to bring their own boat.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a pristine, well-designed, and very open vacation home.

Endless Summer features glass entrance doors, tiles throughout, and beautiful décor, the four bedrooms are fitting for two families with three king-size bedroom options and one queen-size bed that can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable in this convenient set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a great floor plan with plenty of spacious areas to entertain and relax. Upon entering the home, you have a formal living room with a piano as well as a massage chair to massage away the stress of the day, as well as a formal dining room with garden views.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the living room, as well as French doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
