Das Haus selbst und die RĂ€umlichkeiten sind sehr schön und wirklich fĂŒr 10 Personen ausgestattet. Leider war niemand da um uns das Haus zu erklĂ€ren um bereits hier schon einiges abzuklĂ€ren. Wir stellten dann fest dass der BBQ-Grill fehlt, obwohl dieser auf der Homepage und auch im Willkommensbuch steht. Es war nur der andere Grill da der auch auf dem Bild in der Homepage ist. Wir haben dann eine e-mail geschrieben in der Antwort wurde uns mitgeteilt dass dieser ja da ist und es keinen 2. Grill gibt. Wir fanden das nicht ok. da wir gerne BBQ gemacht hĂ€tten. Auch hat uns keiner gezeigt wie der Pool und der Spa zu bedienen ist, so dass wir kein warmes Wasser hatten. Das Schloss der TĂŒre vom Wohnzimmer zum Pool war auch kaputt so dass wir nicht mehr abschließen konnten. Es hat 3 Tage gedauert bis jemand kam um dieses zu reparieren, so lange war unser Haus immer offen. Auch kam er zu einer Zeit wo wir nicht daheim waren und ging einfach rein. Was wir auch nicht gut fanden. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und werden das Haus auch weiter empfehlen. Vielleicht können Sie diese Information auch den EigentĂŒmern mitteilen damit diese mal mit der Hausverwaltung sprechen. Mit freundlichen GrĂŒĂŸen Sigrid Schwartling

Amazing vacation home!

This place was amazing! We planned our family vacation here and there is so much to do for everyone (sand volleyball, kayaking, swimming, hot tub, tv outside). We were able to walk to so many places. I can’t express enough how much we all enjoyed staying here. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Great property

This home was exactly as presented on VRBO. We appreciated the three king rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The room with the trundle bed was perfect for the three year old. The house had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The large ledge was very nice for the three year old in our group to play on until she was comfortable enough to go into the water with us. There were many pool and sand toys available for our use. We had a couple of minor issues that were quickly resolved by our liaison. Next time we return to the area, we’ll be sure to book this home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Great house for multiple families

This was an amazing house with a great layout for our multiple family vacation. The house has 3 awesome master suites, all situated at different sides of the house. The house was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was a great hit with the kids (and adults). The location was very safe and was conveniently located to a Publix for any grocery needs. The communication was outstanding with the rental manager and we would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation rental

House was fantastic! Easy check in process, very clean and excellent amenities! Would definitely recommend staying at this house for a family or multiple guests. Nice layout and a bathroom for every bedroom. Pool exceeded expectations. Never realized how awesome a salt water pool was until staying at this house. No chlorine smell and our kids didnt have red or irritated eyes. Highly recommend.

Best House for a Family Vacation

We could not have been happier. We loved the location, layout, outside space, and cleanliness. Communication with rental company was great. Location - near grocery and restaurants in walking distance. Eat at Blue Dog on Matlacha - great food. Outside- Pool, hot tub, volleyball, kayaking and sunrises coffee. Inside- Master for everyone. We had two adult kids with partners and this was wonderful. And no fighting over the best master as they were all fantastic. Only very tiny thing was the ceiling fans would not run without the lights on. But the house has air conditioning so not a real issue. WIFI was spotty but my husband should not be working anyway so not a problem for me. We would rent again in a heartbeat!

Family House with Pool

The house was beautiful and perfect for our 2 families to stay for a week. We spent countless hours enjoying the pool. We loved having bathrooms with each bedroom. The location was close to Publix and we cooked many meals at the house. The kitchen was mostly well stocked for all our needs. I would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Cape Coral area!

Cape Coral Staying

Hello, we really enjoyed the house! It's a beautiful home and it really suited our families. The 5 bedrooms, especially the 3 king bedrooms and all of the bathrooms made it very comfortable. We were concerned that there wasn't going to be enough outside seating, and that wasn't a problem! Everything that the house had to make everyday living easy was helpful. The only thing we wished we considered more was to be closer to beaches. But other than that the house was great, very comfortable! As one of our family members said, "the house was fabulous!" Thank you!
