This gorgeous vacation home features 3 bedrooms plus den with sofa sleeper, Villa Jill is the perfect choice for sailboat enthusiasts and water lovers. Beautiful pool and canal views with western rear exposure. Let yourself be enchanted by the fabulous location of this home. a study with sleeper sofa, 3 full bathrooms, and a relaxing living room space. Off the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating to enjoy your morning coffee. The spacious formal dining will seat up to 6 for your family dinner.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and access to the lanai. Master bath offers 2 sinks, a walk-in shower and garden tub.

The 2nd master bedroom includes a king bed, TV and en suite bathroom. This en suite bathroom has a single vanity and walk in shower.

A 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds perfect for families with children.

The den/study room is furnished with a comfy sleeper sofa, TV, Xbox 360 and desk/work area with amazing views and access to the gorgeous pool area.

Very nice place. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was comfortable. Would definitely rent again!!!! We tried renting for next year but was already taken, so if you want it and it is available you better jump on it!!

House is beautiful. Quiet Location and close to many amenities. Both king beds are wonderfully comfortable. Lots of towels, kitchen well stocked and patio and pool serene. Mater bath is hugh! Only slight downside was the 2 twin beds. OK for small kids, but not the most comfortable for single adult. Communication great with host. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent!

The house was perfect for us and very comfortable. We stayed with one other couple and it was nice to have two bedrooms with king beds. We had a great time, boating around the area each day, then returning to enjoy the house, pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!

Fantastic house

This was a fantastic rental. Very neat, clean, and functional. Boat lift a huge plus. Pool the best ive been in for any rental. We had to leave early due to hurricane and owner was super accomodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Delightful stay

Family of 6 (all adults) stayed for 1 week in mid-January and loved Villa Jill. It is clean, comfortable and well designed. Excellent dock space for our rented boat and close to the gulf. We had a few questions once we arrive and Florian would respond immediately. Highly recommend!

Nice vacation!

Everything was clean and enjoyable at Villa Jill. A little touching up…the screen doors on the lanai both need fixing, and some of the bath towels need replacing. These things didn't hinder our time there, though. Every time we had a concern (spa or pool not working), they we there within 20 minutes to get it fixed. The boat dock and lift were great. We had a good time with our boat rental. We would stay here again. We had a great time.

Great Home and Pool

Everything was perfect from the reservation process to the condition of the house. The set up of the house with 4 bedrooms was perfect for our family. Working the pool and hot tub controls from your phone is super easy. The garage had fishing poles, sand toys , rafts etc. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We are already planning our next trip back to this house!!🌴🌴

Perfect Location

Beautiful house on the water with quick easy access to open water by boat. Dock and lift were perfect for the week. There is a house being built right next door so there was some noise during the day. Had a few issues but the house manager was quick to address them. Plenty of dishes and cookware. We would stay here again.

Mini Spring Break

We had a wonderful and relaxing 5 day stay. The pool was amazing. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. It’s within 30 minutes to an hour of Sanibel Island & Fort Meyers beaches.
