Villa Maui was built only in 2019.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, large living/dining room as well as over 9 meters long heated pool, outdoor kitchen and The modern open kitchen and large dining area invite you to cook and eat together.

The modern kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice dispenser, filter coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother , kettle, blender, egg boiler, pots, and much more.

The large sofa invites you with the smart TV and the fireplace for cozy evenings.

3 garages are available.

On the large terrace with many sunbeds, umbrellas, lounge furniture and the large dining area you can experience wonderful vacations by the pool and watch the sunsets.
Towels are provided free of charge.

At the outdoor kitchen you can enjoy extensive cozy barbecue evenings. The refrigerator provides chilled drinks.

The heated pool and the sundeck are facing south-west and invite you to relax or to play water games together.

All bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds and are already made up for you upon arrival.
Each bedroom has a smart TV, fan and walk-in or built-in closet.

2 bedrooms have direct pool access.

The master bathroom is equipped with separate toilet, freestanding bathtub, 2 sinks and walk-in shower with rain shower.
The guest bathroom with toilet, shower and sink leaves nothing to be desired.
Both bathrooms are equipped with towels and a hairdryer each.

In the laundry room you can wash and dry your laundry.

The house has air conditioning which can be adjusted individually.

For security, the house is equipped with surveillance cameras at the front, entrance and garage.

On site you will be attended by our multilingual housekeeping.

Lovely home

This place was just like the pictures. We have been coming down to this area for the past 8 years. The house was very clean and perfect for our stay. The pool area was wonderful to relax in. Our daughter spent most of the day in the pool! Just one thing to add, and it does state it in the listing, is that the 4th bedroom is just a little den and if you had anyone bigger than a teenager it might now work. But it worked out for our daughter and she liked her little room. We will definitely be back. Communication with owner and property management was great too. Thanks again for letting us use your place for our yearly family vacation!

Beautiful

The property is exactly the way it looks in photos. It’s a beautiful home our kids love the pool. It was nice that it was heated. It was the perfect amount of space and everything you needed. Was there the only thing that I would recommend that we viewed as, a negative was the quality of the sheets. The comforters and the beds were amazing. It was just the thin, cheaper quality of the sheets that I would recommend looking into getting better ones or than that the owners and the property management company were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend renting from them

Perfect Winter Getaway

Absolutely the best place we've stayed over the past seven years !! Almost two months (Feb & Mar) in a Villa that we couldn't have asked for anything more. Communication with the property mgr (Talisa) was superior. Any questions were answered very timely. The pictures and description are exactly what you get. Great way to get away from the cold Wisconsin winter !!!

Great location

This was our second time staying at this property. The property is very well kept and a great location to parks and restaurants. The owner is very nice and helpful. They have made nice additions to the property, such as an outdoor couch and landscaping. They have plenty of pool floats at the house for use. The only negative we had was during check-in we found clumps of hair in the property and there was broken glass near the pool our kids found. We pointed the hair out to Adam and he said he was going to have a cleaning crew come back. A cleaning crew never came back and we ended up having to clean the property at check-in and check-out.

This house & pool are relatively new (may be 2 years) and was an absolute great rental. The house was extremely clean and well maintained and stocked with all the necessary accessories - cooking pots/pans/utensils, coffee bar, towels, pool toys, etc. etc. If you are working remotely, the house also has an office with desk, chair, couch, and supplies. The other plus was the ease of check-in and check-out, plus the very timely response of the Property Management team, when needed. I highly recommend this rental house. Just don't book it for the month of March, the month I like to be in Florida.

Beautiful property

Beautiful house and pool! You get exactly what you see in the pictures. My 1 and 2 year old absolutely loved the pool. My husband and son enjoyed fishing! It was a relaxing vacation. We would recommend this house and stay here again.

Don't stay here.

Communication was bad. Several occasions I was told I would be texted before someone came and I wasn't. They just showed up. Once I was told someone would be there on Monday to fix an issue and no one came. I had to text again on Tuesday. Other times I texted with questions and no response. Warm water in master bedroom bathroom lasted just over a few minutes. Complained about it but it didn't get fixed while we were there. Then the owner had the nerve to say it wasn't a problem even though one of the property managers came out and tested it and proved the hot water in the master bathroom shower wasn't lasting even 5 minutes but didn't get it fixed during our stay. The owner did give a small "gesture of goodwill" credit and stated our issues were not valid. It felt like a slap in the face. We would not recommend staying here.

Beautiful property and good location

We really enjoyed the house - had everything we needed and easy to communicate. Pool was the perfect size with little kids and the pool supplies provided were fun to use. Had our Thanksgiving here and we’re able to relax and cook everything we needed on site.

Amazing property

The pictures of this property are great, but the property was even better than what we saw in the photos. The house is GORGEOUS and has all the amenities and more to make our stay memorable. The pool was perfect and a great way to end each day. The property manager was fantastic at answering all our questions and providing us with information about the house and the area.
