Horrible smell in room. As soon as we opened the door it was a horrible musty urine smell. The wall had holes and paint peeling. Even the faucet smelled when I turned it on. After a 15 hour car ride, we couldn’t get another hotel room in the area so we slept there for several hours and left ASAP. We didn’t even want to try the coffee or breakfast after the terrible smell we endured

We did not opt into breakfast. The room was cleanish, ive definitely stayed in worse. It is a 2 star at best. Our staff member at check in was great, she was professional and kind.

This was the worst check experience I’ve ever had. They give me a room and when I go up there, it’s locked on the inside from the bolt. I go back to the front desk. I explain it and she gives me a second room. I go up to that room and it is not made up at all. I go back down again. I get a third room and this room is on the other side of the hotel have to walk a mile with my stuff. Worst experience in my life. I couldn’t even stay at the hotel. Everything was so dirty and ended up leaving without even sleeping there. 0 out of 10

Staff were knowledgeable. Balcony view of highway and parking lot Very well lit walkways and parking lots When the regular restaurant was open the food smells were very strong though out the building. (Didnt use the restaurant/bar or pool) Security- we had to keep testing that the room entry door was locked upon going out it opened if you didnt pull hard. Most hotels have locked general public entry doors but this hotel are unlocked 24/7. We couldnt get the balcony sliding door to lock but after some observation found the push pin at the back of the door. Halls had cameras Room and bath area were very clean and ok for 2 adults Four would be a little tight unless going right to sleep. Desk/chair and additional cushioned chair. Area to put luggage and hangars. Hand soap provided by sink and bath area had 2 types. Hair dryer and iron provided. 3 foot freezer/fridge, medium microwave and 43 inch tv. Coffee, soda machine and ice in front lobby only. We walked to 3 different ice machines which werent working There were washers and dryer $1.85US per wash (didnt use) at rear i would recommend bringing a sound machine or setting the ac heat fan to drown out noise during the night if u are a light sleeper. OTR trucks and commercial vehicles on site so people coming and going all hours highway 83+76 very close as well. Free breakfast bland and basic. (was advertised as such) Coffee/juice/bread/waffle/cereal Do not expect to get eggs meat or potatoes

This was the absolute worst hotel we’ve ever seen! Visible dirt on multiple surfaces, dirty bedding, exposed wood and botched fix on the door frame, along with something wet and sticky on the carpet, drop ceiling with multiple holes and holes in the walls. Side door wasn’t locked, anyone could access the rooms. We left after an hour..front desk didn’t seem surprised and said “it happens “.

This was the single worst hotel experience I have ever had. The conditions of the room and facility did not meet acceptable standards of cleanliness, safety, or public health. Upon entering the room, I was met with an extremely foul odor described as a combination of stale body odor and wet dog. The room itself was visibly unsanitary. These conditions made the accommodation uninhabitable. I contacted the front desk to address these serious issues, but management failed to provide an adequate solution or resolution during my stay
