"Hotel was a great experience. Nice view of the Mountains and city in the night. Rooms were spacious and living room was pretty big for kids to crawl and play. Staff was reachable and made accommodations. Hotel was extremely clean and was a quiet place. Overall, a great experience and would book again. "

"No skiing - attended hockey game. Front desk while I did arrive early and paid $40.00 for early check in my son arrived 15 minutes after me and paid $25.00 early check in. No refrigerator in room but son had fridge and was directly across the hall. No room cleaning unless requested but was not informed this needed to be done nor was a notice within the room. "

"Everything was clean and neat. There is not much of a ski village on the NV side. If we come back to Heavenly, we will book lodging on the CA side where there is more of a ski village with shopping and dining."
