The terrace is a natural gathering spot, whether for morning coffee or a sunset drink. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex, and beach essentials such as towels, chairs, and an umbrella are provided for your time on the sand.

Calablanca Residences offers a range of shared spaces for rest and recreation. A pool and gym are available to guests, along with entertainment options including a pool table and ping pong table. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your own meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and wine glasses. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are provided, along with a dining table for enjoying meals in.​
