Cleanliness of property was far from satisfactory! On our day of arrival walked in to master bedroom and found medication on the floor, kitchen looked like it had not been swept in months! Kitchen Cabinets had animals droppings (mouse poop) in them. Calling fans full of dust , area rugs was way over due to be professional cleaned to say the least , let me also add the corner of the carpet would not stay down raising a huge safety issue as a tripping hazard. Dishes had been put away in the cabinets dirty. We have stayed at multiple properties that Robert Gilstrap owns and have always had a great experience up until this point. This property needs MAJOR ATTENTION! Very big disappointment!

Great spot for dudes playing at Lake Point

1. Great property management communication 2. House is perfect for dads and baseball sons. 3. Comfortably fits 5 but if you don't mind doubling up on queen beds can fit 3 more. 4. Laundry machines were clutch. 5. Easy to get in and out and has basic necessities everyone would need. 6. Could use much better cooking supplies (bring your own). 7. Easy 15-20 min trip to Lake point and 8 min to downtown cartersville. 8. It is by the complex's dumpsters so you get a lot of traffic rolling near the house to dump and there is eye sore trash always sitting out, but not a big deal to us. 9. Water does not get hot...only luke warm so if you love hot showers, prepare yourself. 10. Safe and secure with easy code locking system.

Baseball Trip

This was a baseball trip, and my son and I were staying. The place was gently used and a little dated, but not bad. Linens and towels were clean and fresh which is 90% of the stay. Area wasn’t great; however, the listing does indicate a budget friendly price. The neighbors we met were friendly, we felt safe, and we were there for 8 days and our vehicle was never touched which you can’t always expect from a hotel. The floors and cabinets needed to be cleaned better, and there was an occasional dead bug, but we looked at it as it was being sprayed and maintained. Did have to kill a wasp nest on the front porch, but no big deal.
