Wife fell in a freshly mopped elevator with no wet floor sign management handled it terribly only checked in on us later to make sure we didn’t sue they asked how she was I said bruised and very sore, their response was “ glad she’s ok “ I guess I expected a free room at the least not trying to get free things but the gesture at least would be nice. The cleaning lady literally laughed when we told her what happened but I believe that was only because she didn’t speak English and it was a natural response the man cleaning the lobby when we did get off the elevator at the bottom just wanted to assure us he was dry mopping. Want to say my wife is not elderly not obese and was wearing tennis shoes at the time.
