Mountain Splendor is a beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse located in the Sunridge development at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The stylish unit is perfect for a ski/mountain getaway with extended family or for a couple's weekend. Feel your stress melt away at this four season location. The townhouse is within steps of the ski slopes. In warmer months, enjoy access to a large outdoor pool/clubhouse area and tennis courts at the end of the street. At Mountain Splendor you will enjoy the perfect blend of mountain relaxation with Seven Springs Resort amenities a few minutes away.
The First level includes: Comfortable furnishings adorn the living room with large screen TV and gas fireplace.
Fully equipped updated kitchen with quartz counter tops and cherry cabinets. All stainless steel appliances. Comes furnished with Pots/pans, dinnerware, small appliances (crock pot, air fryer, toaster, blender, etc) and spices for your use. Also complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate to warm you on cold blustery days.
Dining room can seat 6 but extends to accommodate more. Also seating at the kitchen island counter. Sliding glass doors open to a beautiful patio with outdoor cook top burner, grill and hot tub.
Spacious bedroom has queen bed, large screen TV and updated bathroom with walk in shower. All bedrooms come with hair dryer and complimentary toiletry items in case you forget to pack a few things.
Finished, heated garage for preparing a full day on the slopes. Ski and coat racks provided for your convenience. Access to Village trail directly across the street.
Second floor includes: Luxurious master bedroom with queen bed, large screen TV, gas fireplace and sliding glass doors onto a balcony with breath taking views of the mountain. Master bath with double sinks and walk in steam shower.
Second bedroom with king bed, large screen TV. Jack and Jill bath opens to spacious loft with queen sofa sleeper. Washer and dryer available tucked behind the bi-fold bookcase.

This is a terrific location, just steps away from a green ski trail. The house has a cozy setup with two electric fireplaces and a hot tub, and the kitchen was well stocked with basics (coffee, olive oil, cooking spray) making cooking a breeze.

Beautiful

There were six of us that stayed here. The property is beautiful. The only one in the area that had an American Flag outside for 4th of July week. The interior & exterior were very clean. Lots of pretty flowers. I guess the owner is a hunter cause there were plenty of his trophy's on the walls in living room,pretty cool {see below} The kitchen was very well stocked. We didn't need to bring half of the stuff we brought with us. I would recommend this condo big time, you won't be disappointed.

Perfect!

Mountain Splendor was exactly as pictured. Updated, with many amenities, roomy and just what we were looking for. The hosts were very responsive, nice neighborhood in the village under 10 min from 7 Springs lodge which was and convenient to the wedding we attended. 24-hr shuttle service was great for the late nighters in our group. Tennis and pool very close and unit has a lovely outdoor space. We had a really nice family time here that we will cherish.

Perfect Ski Getaway

This house was prefect. Extremely clean. Very well wicked with evening you need. Newer Tvs, plenty of room, very homey. The beds were all very comfortable and Extremely soft linens. Would recommend to everyone. The garage is set up prefecture for skier and boarders to leave there equipment in. Love it!

Great ski weekend over MLK weekend

Two dads and four kids had a great time this holiday weekend. Blessed with great snow, and this home was perfect to enjoy it. Literally a one minute walk onto a nice green run at the top of the mountain, so location was perfect for us. Converted garage is awesome for getting ski gear on and off. The home couldn’t be better - well supplied, comfortable, and homey. Hosts very accommodating. All in all, great experience!

Perfect Cozy Cottage

Had a wonderful family getaway the weekend after Christmas so the house was still decorated and looked lovely. The location is ideal—you can jump on the slopes right across the street. Not all trails were open but that was to be expected. We had a pretty steady downpour one day so had to hunker down and cook and watch football! Didn’t mind that at all! There were a few inconveniences (faulty keypad and inoperable dishwasher) but Robin responded quickly, though neither was resolved during our stay.

So Much Fun!

It was perfect! Even decorated for Christmas :) We had a wonderful escape with our family. Plenty of space--EVERYTHING you could ever need was there--especially in the kitchen. Hot tub and grilling with the outside decorated and lit for the holidays--truly great in every way. Price was excellent. Skiing was mediocre due to the weather, but we were able to cross the street to the slopes. Super convenient. We will absolutely be back!

We have had 3 consecutive October vacations at this lovely townhouse. With its lighting, fireplace and autumn decor, it presents such a cozy atmosphere! We absolutely love this place and hope to return soon!
