Exclusive Brazilian walnut floors on first level with custom cabinets, high end appliances and a large living area with smart tv and fireplace. First floor also includes an office area that can be used as a kids gaming set up or professional area for writing, zoom meetings, or productivity. Finally the first floor offers a full laundry room adjacent to the two car garage.

The primary bedroom, also in Brazilian walnut, is valuted with an adjacent sitting area. The sitting area has a full sofa, large smart tv, and standing desk for private work. The master bath has a massive soaking tub, dual shower heads, custom Italian tile are river rock flooring for a spa like feel.

Bedrooms two three and four include double beds or bunk beds, cozy window seats, and built in cabinets.

This home has a great private yard for relaxing with hammocks, a pergola, and a fire pit. With complete privacy you can relax and enjoy your stay here while also enjoying abundant nature. Owls, deer, squirrels, foxes, turkeys, and various bird species inhabit the property.
