This is the worst DoubleTree I have ever stayed in. The room was old and reminded me of a Super 8 back in the 80's. The AC unit was so loud I expected parts to start flying through the wall. There's no way any human could put up with that noise. There were loud idiots yelling all night long in the courtyard that all the rooms surround. The worst part is it was the employees doing it. I had to download a white noise app on my phone to attempt to get any sleep. When I was checking out the next morning they couldn't have cared less about any of the issues. I will never stay in another Double Tree anywhere again.

Check in and check out were very efficient and friendly. The interior of the lobby is beautiful. We reserved a family suite with 1 king bed and 2 twins (bunk bed). The space was sufficient, but very dark in the front room even with the lights on. The carpets needed to be cleaned better. There were food crumbs and sunflour seeds visible where the vacuum had not been used. The suite had a 1/2 bath in the sitting area, and a huge full bath with an extra large double vanity with plenty of counter space. The full bath had a standard tub and shower combo, and a separate walk in shower with glass doors. The bedroom space was very large, with the bunk bed situated in an alcove near the king bed. Very little privacy between the two spaces. Blankets were not available in the suite for the bunk beds, so I had to call to request them from the front desk. Service was friendly and very quick. The suite had the standard mini fridge and very small microwave. Parking is not free, it's $10/night. Breakfast is also not completely free. They provide vouchers for a complimentary item from a breakfast menu, but you'll pay extra if you want something different. We did not end up using the breakfast vouchers during our stay. We did not use it, but there is a lovely bar in the hotel lobby, with plenty of lounge seating. Overall, the hotel was a decent choice, but I will stay elsewhere when traveling there again.

The staff were very nice the issues I had was the room I stayed in the first night I was woken up because you could hear people talking from the room above you and next to you it was toward the window and also ever car that passed by you could hear it pretty loud it wouldn't be a good spot for a lite sleeper because I was there 2 days so it wasn't the best for me as sleeping well and the other issues were your paying a nice bit for the room. And yet even though you're paying to stay there you have to scan a QR code and pay an extra $10 to park there everyday and also a $50 deposit I wasn't aware of til I got there. Me personally I would stay at an holiday inn are a days inn at least they don't charge you extra for the breakfast are parking. It kinda was a disappointment because you think the Hilton is kinda the best but..

Breakfast was not what I expected. I have stayed at other Double Tree hotels and breakfast was great. This particular Double Tree has breakfast but it's not your traditional breakfast or even continental breakfast, it's a Starbucks breakfast which I don't like. I would not have gotten the breakfast here if I had known that but it's my fault for going off of past experiences with Double Tree.. the room was fantastic just beware of the breakfast.
