Enjoy the brand new gazebo dock and Use the boat ramp to take the kayaks out with and explore the sea. When youâre out of the water use the free beach and parks pass to enjoy everything Charleston has to offer.
The apt is open and spacious at 1000 sqft with brand new windows galore showcasing the fabulous views. The kitchen and bathroom are updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. Grill outside on the gas grill or lounge in the hammock.
The living room features queen size sleeper sofa and love seat, a 50' flat screen smart streaming roku HDTV with premium cable plus free high speed wireless internet. The bedroom features a brand new king pillow top bed with roku tv and all linens provided.
We're a couple miles to the beach, but provide bikes or a public parking pass that provides free parking at the beach & entry to the Charleston County Parks.
The upper 2 floors of the home are a separate 3BR apartment that features 4 balconies, master bath with jacuzzi tub and is a separate rental as well so if you need more space for a large family you can rent the entire house!
Last but certainly not least, guests also have access to their own private kayak tour guide and yoga instructor. Book with us and sign up for a private kayak tour or outside yoga class!
*Please note, the river is a tidal river and will dry out at low tide, pets must be approved prior to booking, weekend trips may require a 3 night min stay or min booking fee unless attached to another reservation and we typically only book 3 months in advance to insure rates are updated.
