The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Hotel was located right across the road from our show we were going to see. The breakfast was actually pretty good. Had a little bit of everything. The staff from the person checking us in to all the house keeping staff I came in contact with were very friendly.

Staff was unfriendly, didn’t explain the deposit or $10 per day parking. I saw my account was charged over $600 I went to the front desk and that’s when everything was explained. The staff never greeted me and my family and I’m guessing because we’re black we were overlooked countless times even at breakfast! The hotel was very clean however the professionalism of the staff was very poor. Diversity training is very necessary for this establishment!
