Avis pour Prime Access to King Street - Downtown 2 Bedroom!
The property was clean and well stocked. The location was idealâŠit was close to shops, restaurants and clubs. There is noise from a nearby club to be aware of. We had a wonderful visit to Charleston and enjoyed our stay.
While this had some very very nice meds and appliances, the condition on the steps was very precarious. They are rotting and soon someone may fall through one of them. The lighting is very poor at night and itâs not safe if you are coming back alone. The railing leading to the house is not even and I cut myself going up the stairs. Once inside, there was no cleaning products to wipe counters off (you will need to bring your own) and there was no table to eat dinner at. One small table to play games on and the carpets were dirty. There was dirt under my fitted sheet, so I had to take care of that. The location is ideal and close to restaurants, bars and shopping but very very loud.
Loved the apartment. It was beautiful and location was great. Parking was a little wonky. We had a huge vehicle so we paid for parking in a nearby garage. Otherwise it was great!
Stayed the weekend for a bachelorette party. The apartment was great! Bigger than I expected and was very clean, had almost everything we needed. Great location! The only downside is that itâs noisy. It is above a restaurant and so close to a popular club that you hear loud music playing all times of day/night. There are sound machines and to be honest it didnât bother me once I fell asleep, but can be an issue if youâre a light sleeper. Overall, the place was great and Iâd definitely recommend it.
Great place to stay with plenty of room for 4 people. Kitchen was big and fully stocked, bathrooms were very large. Is located above a really great Spanish restaurant Malagon, would eat there again. As advertised right next to King Street so made for easy walking everywhere downtown, would recommend!!
This place is located near King St. on the North end of the busy strip. Itâs above a Spanish restaurant, which wasnât a problem. The night club behind the place on King St is pretty rowdy and loud and goes late - 2:00am on weekend.
The place itself is pretty spacious and 4 big comfortable beds can easily sleep 8. The place was clean and fit our needs in town for our sons wedding and was conveniently located.
The only slight problem we had was parking, as the place is advertised with a parking spot, but they donât tell you itâs a block or two down the street through a very narrow alley. We had a big truck and could not park there so had to use the public parking garage which is pretty close but ending up costing us another $18/day.
The apartment was in nice shape with easy walking access to a lot of downtown Charleston. The agent communicated well with us. The main thing to know is that it is extremely close to a rooftop bar/nightclub and the music resonates through the apartment from midafternoon until 230am and makes it hard to think and sleep. The agent has thoughtfully provided some white noise machines and that's better than nothing but this is really intense, it's not just occasional street noise. We were there Saturday through Tuesday and the noise was an issue Sat and Sunday nights, not Monday when the venue was closed. So this isn't something that the agent can control, and, again, it's a fun neighborhood and nice unit, but renters should consider whether it is a fit for them.
