Cool setup. Except for one rude staff member at breakfast all staff were exceptional. Makes you wonder how one rude one slipped in. Anyway, don’t let that keep you from going, she’ll probably get fired

The property was a little too industrial looking for my taste. Very little storage for clithes. No closet in room. Housekeeping never came the 3 days we were there. Only 1 seat to sit in room so unless you wanted to stay in bed not good for 2 people. Propert was clean.

First, check in is in the center of a bar on the 13 th floor so my kids had to wait in the hall while I tried to check in. Then I find that there are two options for parking, their valet or public parking. I tried the public parking route since it would be cheaper. No, $31 until midnight, $30 until 8 Am. Then, $20 the next day. We decided not to stay and the guy at reception said he would approve a refund. We find out later, after we’re back home, that he did not so we’re out over $200 that Expedia won’t make right.
