Our room was missing so many things! Had to ask for washcloths and towels AND toilet paper. Then realized - maybe we didn’t have towels and washcloths because THERE WAS NO SHOWER CURTAIN. Lights didn’t work over the bathroom sink or in the ‘entry’, needed a vacuum (as in there were crumbs easily visible on the floor) Front desk readily provided towels and TP. BUT was unfazed and unapologetic regarding everything. As in - ‘whatevs’. It was a lot of money to spend to just not sleep in the car.
