A lovely, roomy one bedroom apartment within easy walking distance of downtown and the waterfront. With parking, a full-size washer and dryer, and a full kitchen, it had everything we needed.Some communications came via email, others came via VRBO’s messaging, so it was a bit confusing, but we did get all the info needed for our stay. The mattress is getting a bit worn and may benefit from replacement soon, but otherwise the place was ideal.

Spacious place, good location

Spacious open space with everything you need for a long stay. The appartment is clean, fully equiped kitchen, there 's even some toiletries if you forgot something and comfy blankets for a tv night on the coutch.Good location, walking distance for the coffee shop and restaurants. Quiet place to stay. Parking is right behind the house. The communication with the host was easy and clear. I would totaly recommend this place.

PEI experience

Due to the excellent location and well appointed apartment we had a wonderful week exploring PEI. Close to restaurants and pubs, the location was perfect! The apartment was comfortable and the owner had thought of everything as it was well equipped and comfortable! There was on site parking provided ( maybe the lines could use a refresh as the are faded) and that was a great bonus. we walked to nearby shops and restaurants, The comfort and location contributed to a fantastic week in PEI !!

Enjoyed Being Downtown

This is a beautiful location. Lots of space and off street parking to boot.You can walk everywhere and Charlottetown folks are so happy to strike up a conversation with you. They are so helpful.Enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday.

Great stay

This place was great. I felt very comfortable. It was clean and well cared for. Location is ideal for downtown Charlottetown. Close to everything but in a more quiet location. Communication was “next level” good. I would happily book this place again.

A Little Spot In Heaven

Having lived in Charlottetown many years ago, I knew what area of town I wanted to be in while visiting. This place is within walking distance to the downtown core, Victoria Park, and my favourie restaurants. The unit has everything you could possibly need for a short or longer stay. The ten foot ceilings throughout made the space feel twice as big.Finally, the host was easy to reach and very accommodating. It was a pleasure to meet your Laurie and I look forward to returning.

Amazing !!

This suite was perfect for our two night stay but would easily be a great home base for a longet leriod of time. The apartment was spacious and well appointed and so comfortable for us to relax and use as a home base for our island plans!

We had a wonderful stay and the host was extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very well located. One suggestion —the big step up onto the deck would be impossible for anyone with even mild mobility issues. A small step would help a lot.
